    Bio from www.grok.com

Duane M. Evarts is a musician, producer, performer, and event organizer based in the Colorado area (with connections to Parker and Aurora).

He's particularly known for his work in Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) rom the 1970s–1980s era. He describes himself as an '80s CCM recording engineer/producer, singer/songwriter, and performer. He actively shares and performs covers of classic tracks from that period, often posting acoustic performances on platforms like Facebook and YouTube.

    For example:

    • He has a YouTube channel (Duane M Evarts) featuring his independent music videos and covers dating back to the early 1980s.
    • Recent activity includes performing songs like "Fool's Wisdom" (Malcolm and Alwyn), "My Lord Is A Remedy" (Liberation Suite), "Noah" (Gentle Faith), and even non-CCM covers like "You're Sixteen" at local open mics.

Professionally, he runs DMEvarts, LLC, which organizes the Colorado Guitar Show & Custom Luthier Expo. He was the editor/publisher of the related Guitar Show & Custom Luthier Magazine (established around 2015 after the events). His LinkedIn notes a background with a bachelor's in Industrial Electronic Engineering Management Technology, plus certifications like a General Radiotelegraph Operator License. He has also received several professional broadcasting certifications from the Society of Broadcast Engineers. The business involves event management, media production (video editing, CD/DVD duplication, desktop publishing), and equipment rentals.

    He has a presence on:

    • Facebook (facebook.com/duane.evarts) — active page with posts about music, performances, and the guitar show.
    • Instagram (@evartsduane).
    • X/Twitter — accounts like @DuaneEvarts and @Taylor816ce (the latter tied to his guitar show organizer bio, with posts on faith, politics, veterans, and conservative topics).
