About the event

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Julissa, and I am reaching out on behalf of the organizing team for the 2nd Annual Back-to-School Giveback, taking place in August 2026 in Queens, New York.

This community-focused event is designed to support students and families by providing essential school supplies and resources as they prepare for the upcoming school year. Last year’s event had a strong local impact, and this year we aim to expand our reach and serve even more families at no cost to attendees.

Why should you sponsor?

We are currently seeking corporate and community sponsors to help make this initiative possible. Sponsorship support allows us to purchase backpacks and school supplies, cover event logistics, and create a safe, welcoming experience for families. In return, sponsors receive meaningful brand visibility and recognition for their commitment to education and community impact.

Julissa Duchatellier

I am a NYC-based entrepreneur, community advocate, and event organizer with a strong passion for youth empowerment and community development. With years of experience creating impactful community events and working alongside local businesses, I am committed to building meaningful partnerships that uplift families and provide real resources where they are needed most.

As one of the founders and organizers of the Annual Back-to-School Giveback, I lead initiatives focused on supporting students with essential school supplies, encouraging local entrepreneurship, and fostering collaboration between businesses, organizations, and community leaders. Her work is driven by the belief that when communities come together, students are better positioned to succeed both academically and personally.

Through strategic planning, transparent partnerships, and consistent community engagement, I have successfully brought together sponsors, vendors, and volunteers to create events that leave a lasting, positive impact on families across Queens, Long Island, & Brooklyn.
