About the event

We are organising a event throughout all European schools of Brussels for students roughly aged 16 to 19 taking place on November 14th 2026 at Silo Brussels event hall. It is an event organised yearly along with Springball and Prom with 1200 attendees. Our core values are to promote student-led and student participant events that create a community within schools. 

Winterball has been extremely successful the six previous times it has been organised and we are looking to further improve and expand our ressources creating an enjoyable and accessible evening celebration for all those involved.

My name is Iris Hurtado, I am reaching out on the behalf of the organising committee of the upcoming Winterball, as past of the sponsor and marketing team. 

I am a student at the European schools of Brussels 4 who is actively involved in the organisation of all upcoming student balls. 

As part of the team, I am responsible for reaching out to potential sponsors ans establishing parternsihips that will help render this event successful.

Our goal is to create a memorable and well-organised evening that brings students together, we are4 committed to building trustworthy and mutually beneficial opportunities.
