The fest is dedicated to organizing and conducting educational events, cultural festivals, talent shows, indoor and outdoor sports competitions, youth engagement initiatives and community-driven programmes. SUROJEET DAS

Surojeet Das, a young social leader and the President of HELP Society, a dynamic NGO based in Haflong, Dima Hasao, Assam.

Since its establishment in 2023, HELP Society has been actively working in the areas of youth empowerment, education, environmental sustainability, health awareness, and community development. Under his leadership, the organization has successfully implemented numerous initiatives including awareness campaigns, skill development programs, training workshops, and community outreach activities across the district.

Surojeet Das is also the visionary behind Trivia Fest™, the flagship annual event of HELP Society. Trivia Fest™ is a 3-day district-level educational, sports, literary, and cultural festival aimed at fostering learning, creativity, and youth engagement. The festival brings together students, young achievers, educators, and community stakeholders, creating one of the most vibrant youth platforms in Dima Hasao.

With a strong focus on grassroots impact and youth-led development, Surojeet Das continues to work towards building inclusive opportunities, promoting innovation, and creating meaningful social change in Northeast India.
