I’m Raine Carter—known by many as Chef Raine—Caribbean native community builder, and the Founder of Akylli Raine Foods. With 20+ years in the culinary world, I’ve built my career around bold flavor, hospitality, and bringing people together through food.
Today, I serve as a celebrity private chef and corporate caterer, and I’m also the Executive Chef for Fork N Film serving 13 locations. I’m a co-owner of Naomi’s Island Cafe and Naomi’s Restaurant in Las Vegas, where I continue to share Caribbean-inspired with a modern twist cuisine and create memorable dining experiences.
For the past 7 years, I’ve been proud to serve the Los Angeles community, and I’m honored to share that we hold a 3-year contract with the City of Los Angeles—a reflection of the trust and momentum behind our work.
Akylli Raine Foods was founded to do more than serve plates—it was created to empower women and fight food insecurity. Through our programs and events, we work to provide meals for children and seniors, mentor women with culinary and business skills, and build community through food, music, and education.
