The Summer of Separation is a premier offseason performance camp created by Paid Dues Basketball for international and domestic professional athletes. Now entering its third year, the camp brings together elite pros for high‑level training, mental performance development, and community-building in a professional environment designed to help them “separate” on and off the court.

This year’s camp will be our most advanced yet — expanding to eight athletes, upgrading facilities, enhancing media coverage, and building a stronger digital presence to showcase athlete stories and the growth of the Paid Dues brand. The Summer of Separation has already produced players competing successfully in Spain, Austria, Portugal, Nicaragua, and across U.S. professional pathways.

My name is Andree Thomas, and I am the Founder and CEO of Paid Dues Basketball. My passion and life’s work have centered around coaching, mentorship, and building meaningful relationships through the game of basketball. Over the past decade, I have coached at the high school, post‑graduate, and collegiate levels, gaining invaluable experience and learning from some of the most respected minds in the sport.

Paid Dues Basketball is my commitment to giving back to the game that transformed my life. It serves as a platform to guide, support, and develop athletes who share the same dedication and love for basketball that has shaped my journey. Through this work, I strive to pour into others the same preparation, discipline, and belief that the game once poured into me.
