Event Name - Durga Puja 2024
Event Date - 10th to 13th Sep
Event Venue - WhitefieldContext - We are a registered society and have been organizing one of the biggest and largest Durga Puja in East Bengaluru - Whitefield and doing this for the last 6 yrs.
This year like last one, we are organizing in a far more grand scale in a 45000 Sq ft area with a car parking facility for 200+ cars along with 40-50 Food and Non Food stalls.We are reaching out to Corporate sponsors , preferably B2C setup who will be interested to promote their products and services to 8-9000 strong crowd everyday for this 4 days .
Additionally we are also providing an engagement where they can cross sell their products to our 400+ registered family members entire year until 2025 October.
We do have different sponsorship packages suiting everyone's needs.Would be helpful if you can connect me with certain organizations who will be interested to be a part of this engagement.

Why should you sponsor?
Primarily for the ROI which they will get being a part of our association. This engagement will be spread across 1 year where they will be able to sell / promote their products and services not only during the 4 days of Durga Puja/Dusshera but also will be able to cross sell their products to our 400+ registered members 365 days a year.
We have a daily footfalls of 8-9000 per day during this 4 days of Durga Puja

Marketing head or executive from the organization will be invited to participate in talk show in one of the event day. 7. Logo of the brand will be published on social media pages like FB, Instagram etc. 8. Logos will be displayed on AAROHAN posters, banners both offline and online 9. Cross selling of products with the members. 10. The brand can distribute pamphlets and gift vouchers through some activities with the members . 11. This association will be valid for One year for any program that Aarohan will organise across the year.**
