Dr. Atul Kumar Sharma is an accomplished academician, visionary leader, and dedicated social reformer with over two decades of experience in the fields of education, research, and social welfare. He currently serves as the CEO of A R Research Publication & Conference World, President of the Institute for Social Reforms and Higher Education Charitable Trust (ISRHE), and President of the International Association of Research and Developed Organization (IARDO).

Dr. Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Machine Learning, a Master of Engineering in Micro-Electronics (2005), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication (2000). His academic journey reflects his deep commitment to technological innovation and research. He has served in key leadership roles such as Director of Venkateshwara Group of Institutions, Meerut, for 10 years, and as Head of Department at IMS Ghaziabad and Accurate College of Engineering for a total of 8 years.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Sharma is a passionate social worker actively engaged with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for the past 15 years. He served as President of Bharat Vikas Parishad from 2021 to 2023, where he led numerous initiatives aimed at promoting social welfare and national development.
